Introduction
The Care Home Health & Safety site has been developed to
help you to put into a place most of the provisions needed to comply with
current Health & Safety Executive requirements. The site has been
designed to make it easy for you, mostly, to undertake the tasks yourself
and if needed we have also provided an “Ask the Expert” service.
The site is set out in easy to follow sections.
Self-Assessment Questionnaire:
To audit your current Health & Safety procedures, begin
the Self –Assessment Questionnaire and follow the simple instructions
(this is your legally required overall risk assessment of your workplace,
and will help you to understand what problems you have & how to remedy
them)
There are important questions that you need to understand and answer.
Once you have completed all these, you will be able to print an action
plan and “To Do list” of all the things you need to do to
improve workplace safety and achieve compliance with the law.
Ask the Expert service:
Our “Ask the Expert” feature provides you with
direct access to a Risk Management Consultant who would be happy to provide
guidance on any risk management related concern or issue that you have,
within a 24 hour service level guarantee.
